My roomate put this cross up a few days ago in order to both remind people about how Jesus sacrificed Himself for our sins, and to decorate the walls. I think it does both quite well....

Throughout my day I'm always looking for a new opportunity to snap a few pics. Sometimes its big events, and then at other times I like to get a closer look at the oft overlooked details. Today, at a local shopping center, I was walking around looking for something good to photograph when it suddenly came to me....I'll bet no one around here notices these evergreen bushes. Everyone knows the shopping center is nice to look at and "clean" looking but does anyone ever realize why? Its the plants! So I grabbed my camera and snapped 4 pictures. This is the best of the 4....

Barrels of Fun

Day 1

After having driven by Vizzini Farms Winery almost daily for the past year, I decided to stop in today and take some photos. The owner was very gracious and let me wonder around pretty much the whole property and shoot to my hearts content. If you're ever in the Calera or Alabaster, Alabama area this is one place that you'll definately want to stop by for lunch!
